As of March 10, 2025, information regarding an award for this solicitation is not available. Per the owner, the county is currently in the process of determining the county's budget. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. Closed solicitation is included below for reference. ............ The work under this contract at a minimum will include, but not be limited to, all necessary architectural and engineering services for the project (fire and emergency services station, park, and collection site): 1. Comprehensive demolition planning and bid documents for existing structures. 2. Comprehensive structural design. 3. Comprehensive civil engineering. 4. Comprehensive environmental engineering, including all storm water components and permits required by local, state, and federal agencies. 5. All necessary surveys and geotechnical engineering. 6. All necessary utilities design, well and water plan. 7. Residential waste and recycling collection site design including, a waste collection site with two (2) compactor units, one for recycling, the other for municipal solid.
