The Project consists of upgrading an existing secondary digester for use as a primary digester (referred to as the north digester), cleaning of the secondary digester and an existing primary digester (the south digester). This includes the demo of the existing cover on the north digester and the installation of a new gas holder cover, installation of a mixing system for the north digester, installation of new sludge heating, new piping to both digesters, gas safety equipment, building improvements, and site improvements. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during hours indicated. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
