Renovation of a municipal facility in Clare, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,800-square-foot municipal facility.
The City of Clare is accepting sealed bids for a 2025 project to remove and replace the fl at roof at the DPW Garage. The City of Clare is an equal opportunity employer and provider. The City reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and/or all bids. Question Deadline 12/19/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions will be e-mailed to lpotter@cityofclare.org Contractor shall remove approximately 7,800 square feet of existing roof system, including flashing membrane, obsolete equipment, all other components and prep substrate as required for installation of fully adhered single-ply system per the specification documents. Waterproofing membrane, including field and flashing materials have been procured directly from Tremco by the City of Clare. An itemized list will be provided at the pre-bid meeting along with estimated delivery timeline.
