Estimated project cost is $24,000. 2025 General Contractor - DPW Garage Repairs The City of Clare is an equal opportunity employer and provider. The City reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and/or all bids Question Deadline 02/06/2025 at 4:00 PM ET General Scope: The City of Clare is requesting bids from qualified contractors that will be responsible to do all of the work as indicated. The contractor will be responsible to schedule all sub-contractors that will be on this project. Requirements: o Contractor is responsible for obtaining and paying for all required permits and associated fees. o Provide one (1) year full labor and material warranty on all workmanship, material and equipment furnished for this project. o It is strongly recommended that you make a site visit and perform an evaluation of the existing conditions and proposed scope of work with a City of Clare representative. Shop Drawing Submittals: o Provide PDF copy of material specification sheet within seven (7) days of written bid approval. Do not purchase materials until written approval is received. o Coordinate all work with City of Clare DPW. City of Clare Responsibilities: o Site Access o The City reserves the right to delete any line item or quantity on the Bid Schedule. o The City of Clare reserves the right to accept and or reject any or all bids. o Payment for the project, (after approval by the DPW reviewing this project) will be made within three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of the invoice.
