The Work, which is described in the Tender Documents and is to be performed in accordance with all the requirements contained in the Tender Document, is generally described as follows: Site 1: Westwood/Woodland Sanitary Upgrades: Approximately 1,800m of gravity sanitary mainline (some night works required) Sanitary sewer service connections Approximately 250m of pipe bursting Three sections of steel pipe jacking totalling approximately 80m, 75m of which is underneath CP Railway tracks Abandonment of existing sanitary sewer Site 2: Lions Park Sanitary Replacement: Approximately 280m of sanitary sewer replacement Sanitary sewer service connections Approximately 215m of fibre optic conduit installation Pavement and site restoration Steel casing pipe trenchless crossing of CP Railway for sanitary and fibre optic conduit Abandonment of existing sanitary sewer Site 3: Dominion Avenue Sanitary Replacement: Approximately 165m of sanitary sewer replacement at an approximate depth of 5m 1 sanitary sewer service connection Pavement and site restoration Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
