Us-23 Mackinaw City, Mi 49701 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project consists of renovations to two existing unheated, uninsulated buildings including a visitor center and a restroom/pavilion. The buildings are currently open during the summer and unoccupied during the winter. Renovations will include adding insulation to the roof and wall where the exterior envelope is altered.
