Sealed Tenders for the supply, haul and placement of 25,000 cubic yards of Type 105 specified traffic gravel and 5,000 cubic yards of Type 102 specified traffic gravel on designated roads within the Rural Municipality of Estevan No.5 will be received at the Municipal office at #1-322 Fourth Street Estevan, Saskatchewan S4A 0T8 The Municipality shall require the successful bidder, at the time of execution of the Contract, to furnish a performance bond or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the tendered price of the work. The cost of securing the bond or letter of credit shall be borne by the Contractor. A Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of five percent (5%) of the tendered sum shall accompany each tender. The Bid Bond or deposit of the unsuccessful bidders shall be returned to them following the awarding of the Contract The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. Complete the work within the time stated. By mutual agreement the completion date shall be July 1, 2026
