Site work for a civil project in Estevan, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work is to provide contracting services to repair the spillway under-slab drainage piping system at Rafferty Dam including all: Care of Water Cofferdamming All surface earthworks, grading, etc. Deep excavation and associated shoring Supply and installation of new piping, manholes, and pumping infrastructure Provision of borrow material and imported rock and granulars Onsite stockpiling of materials and management thereof Removal and offsite disposal of waste earth materials Supply and installation of low-level crossing upon removal of cofferdamming Installation and wet commissioning of WSA-supplied diesel genset Provision of subcontracted engineering and other professional services, notably: surveying, cofferdam and shoring engineering design, and biological / environmental services Supply and installation of various Public Interaction Around Dams safety signage, bollards, vehicle gates, and fencing Miscellaneous concrete repair within the spillway Wet commissioning of new pump station including operation via both grid and genset power Site restoration Rafferty spillway is located northwest of the City of Estevan, SK and is accessible from either Saskatchewan Highways 18 or 39. Elements of the site are open to the public and/or viewable from public roadways. Deadline for questions: January 13, 2025, at 4:00:00 p.m. local SK time
