Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hooker, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; for paving for a parking garage; parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Hooker, OK Fire Department Parking Garage Required Minimum Specifications The Parking Garage will be 30' x 64'. The parking garage will have two 12' wide by 14' tall doors on the South side. The building will have two walk in doors, one on the West Side between the existing building and one on the East side. The facility will have a single use restroom. The building will have a 5-1/2" thick (4000# @ 28 days) Concrete Floor with 1/2" rebar on 16" centers both ways. The foundation will consist of an 8" stem wall around perimeter with appropriate engineered piers for the building columns. A new 36' Wide x 30' Deep, 5-1/2" thick Concrete Ramp to the overhead doors and appropriate stoops at the walk doors is included in the project. Also included is an appropriate drainage swale between the existing building and the new building. The winning firm will be expected to do a turn-key project. The price should not include federal or state tax since this is a tax exempt public facility by Oklahoma state statute. The Building Manufacturer is to supply certified engineering drawings for the building prior to construction. The Building Contractor is to supply certified engineering drawings for the concrete. The City of Hooker, OK is responsible for obtaining an Architect stamped Code Footprint drawing for the project. The Building Contractor must be an International Code Council certified Building Contractor. The Building Contractor will be responsible for securing a City of Hooker Building Permit.
