Inspection must follow all standards and codes of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 80, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 105, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standard EC.02.03.05. a. Inspection of 441 fire-rated doors in buildings on the grounds of Hawaii State Hospital. b. Provide an inspection report to HSH facility manager within ten (10) days of completed door inspection.
