Scope: removal of the existing restroom structure and construction of a new 193 sq ft restroom, 293 sq ft green room and trellis, raise existing deck 24 in. and replace rail, provide full accessibility to deck, stage, amphitheater, restroom and green room, install new flagstone paving at roundabout, install new flagstone stair, install new boardwalk to provide ADA access to stage, and regrade existing pathways for ADA compliance.
