Gilchrist Junior/Senior High - Dust Collection System The Project Will Be a Public Improvement Project Subject to Ors 279c.800 to 279c.870, Prevailing Wage Rates. The Work Contemplated Consists of the Following: Install New Nederman Nfpz 2he Dust Collection System. Ducting Per the Rough Layout Shown in the Scope of Work Documents. Flex Hoses to Connect to Equipment. Lift to Set the Unit Up. Prevailing Wage and Travel Time as Necessary. Permitting (Contractor Shall Handle Permitting With Kcsd, but the District Will Pay for All Permits). Factory Assisted Start-up. The Project is Located at Gilchrist Junior/senior High Which Has the Address of 201 Mountain View Drive, Gilchrist, or 97737. The District Will Self-perform All Electrical Work, Lighting That is Determined to Need to Be Relocated, Plumbing, Concrete Equipment Pad, and Wall Penetrations/framing for Exhaust Duct. The Awarded Contractor is Expected to Work Very Closely With District Personnel for a Successful Project. The Owner Reserves the Right to Postpone the Award of the Contract for Sixty (60) Days and May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Public Bidding Procedures and Requirements on These Solicitation Documents and May Reject for Good Cause Any or All Bids Upon a Finding of the Owner, That It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
