Contract No. 1 - General Rehabilitation - Base Bid 1427A County Route 12 - Base Bid - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include; Furnish and Install new metal roofing with snow guards, install stoop over existing side porch, install new vinyl gutters, Furnish and Install basement and crawl space insulation, Furnish and Install five (5) new vinyl replacement windows, Furnish and Install new front and side porch stairs. Additionally, the Base Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors along with lead hazard, asbestos, and radon rehabilitation work items Bids for the furnishing of all labor, supervision, insurance, and material(s) necessary for the 251 West Main Street, Gouverneur NY, Contract No. 1 - General Rehabilitation project Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include: Furnish and Install new basement door, Furnish and Install seven (7) new vinyl replacement windows, Furnish and Install a new metal roof with snow guards, replace missing fascia, and scrape and paint soffit around the house, Furnish and Replace copper plumbing in the basement with pex piping. Additionally, the Base Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors along with lead hazard, asbestos, and radon rehabilitation work items.
