Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Gouverneur, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid submission time or any publicized postponement thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to condition of employment to be observed and to the minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. Refer to Instructions to Bidders & Bid Form for requirements regarding modifications and withdrawing of bids.
