Project location Asbestos Pre-Renovation Survey 28 Parker Street Gouverneur, New York 13642 28 Parker Street - Base Bid - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include; Furnish and Install new metal roof on entire structure with snow brakes, eight (8) new vinyl replacement windows, furnish and install one (1) exterior door on front of the house, furnish and install a second exterior door on the right side of the structure to replace the existing window. Door to be insulated pre-hung door complete with hardware, casing and trim. Additionally, the Base Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors along with lead hazard, asbestos, and radon rehabilitation work items Asbestos Pre-Renovation Survey 28 Parker Street Gouverneur, New York 13642 The Contractor shall perform al services and furnish al materials necessary to make the improvements described in the "Work Write-Up/Scope of Work" required by the Program and attached hereto as Attachment A. No charge for any extra work or material wil be allowed unless the same has been ordered and approved by the Participant and the LPA on a formal Change Order. Any additional work for which the Participant(s) wishes to retain the Contractor that goes beyond the improvements described in the Work Write-Up/Scope of Work must be subject to a separate agreement between the Participant and the Contractor.
