Under this proposal, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools and other services necessary for storm sewer construction, water main construction, sanitary sewer, asphalt repaving and reconstruction including grading, concrete curb and gutter replacement, asphalt pavement, traffic signals, porous asphalt, pavement markings, street lighting, and work incidental thereto in portions of: Watertown Plank Road from N. 124th Street to 500' east of N. 113th Street N. 115th Street from Watertown Plank Road to W.
