Scope of Work: Renovation of existing park space. Construction Plans proposing a mining themed splash pad, play structures, embankment slide, dog park, multi-use turf, pickleball courts, walking paths and fitness facilities, all surrounded by drought tolerant landscaping. Project estimated range is $3M - $7M. Contract time is 200 working days. Contractor's License Classification. The Contractor shall possess a Class A General Engineering Contractor license issued by the State of California Contractors State License Board at the time of contract award. The Contractor's subcontractor(s) performing work shall possess the appropriate State licenses for the work being performed. The awarded Contractor and subcontractors will also be required to obtain a City Business License. The City of Oroville reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or to utilize any alternate procedures as authorized by California Public Contracts Code Sections 20166 and 20167 and accept such bids as are to the best interest of the City. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
