The Project consists of installing a well pump and miscellaneous piping and appurtenances and constructing a new well building. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all Bids and to waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the Owner awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening. Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate is $1,163,500 to $1,745,000.
