ALL BIDS IN THIS BID ITEM ARE FOR FURNISH & INSTALL. 1. This Bid Package has 3 bidding options as listed within this form. Bidders can elect to bid any/all of the options. Beniton Construction and the District will evaluate the bids received and choose the combination most advantageous to the District. 2. Concrete Contractor will provide the building footings. Coordinate your final footing designs with Beniton Construction and the Concrete Contractor. Drawings reflect a base design for Concrete Contractors' bidding purposes only. 3. Furnish any anchor bolts and templates required for your work. Provide anchor bolt layout and coordinate your work with the Concrete Contractor. 4. Furnish and install the metal roof assembly, roof insulation, soffit/fascia, gutters, and downspouts for the metal building system. The snow guards will be furnished and installed by others. Flash and seal all penetrations. 5. Furnish and install the metal wall panels and trim associated with the pre-engineered building. Flash and seal all penetrations. The wall insulation will be by others. The metal wall panels and framing at the decorative pilasters (Detail E3 on A8.40) will be by others. 6. Includes any required secondary framing, flashings and trim for openings and penetrations. 7. Gypsum interior finishes and infill wall framing will be by others. 8. Doors and windows will be furnished and installed by others. Furnish and install all trim and flashings required. 9. Cross-bracing and angle bracing shall be designed to not conflict with architectural elements and mechanical/electrical systems. 10. Provide all caulking associated with your work. 11.
