Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Santa Margarita, California. Design plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; water / sewer project; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project at the Simmler Community Building includes replacing the roof, including all associated sealant, flashing, and trim, trimming adjacent trees overhanging the roof, installing new gutters and downspouts, addressing pest intrusion, replacing the well tank and pump along with associated supply piping, replacing damaged and uneven pavement, and replacing the exterior ramp and stairs. The project also addresses ADA deficiencies. The project is included in the San Luis Obispo County's 2024-2025 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Per the owner, as of April 3, 2025, this project is in the design phase. An engineer has been selected for the project. Construction is estimated to take place at the end of the calendar year. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
