The Town of Randolph, Cattaraugus County, New York, will be accepting statements of qualifications from qualified engineering firms for a proposed water study within the Town of Randolph. The service provided by the selected engineers will be to evaluate and plan for the replacement of the Town's water system within the former Villages of Randolph and East Randolph. The selected engineering firm will be responsible for preparing and providing the Town with an Engineering Report based on their evaluation. All proposals should be marked with the following language: "REQUEST FOR ENGINEERING QUALIFICATIONS - TOWN OF RANDOLPH" Proposals should be submitted to Gretchen Hind, Town of Randolph, 72 Main Street, Randolph, New York 14772, or to the following email address: ghind@randolphny.net. To be evaluated properly, the following must be addressed in detail: Qualifications - Availability of qualified personnel and capacity of the firm to carry-out professional engineering services. Experience - Experience and technical expertise of the firm and its personnel as well as information regarding projects previously undertaken, including the types and cost of projects. Scope of Services - Summarize scope and type of services understanding of program and tasks. The Town of Randolph is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. The Town of Randolph will award a contract to the Engineering firm(s) deemed most qualified to provide services as requested.
