The Project consists of the renovation or remodel of certain classrooms owned by the Greensburg Community School Corporation at the Greensburg Learning Center, 422 E Central Ave, Greensburg, IN 47240 for future use as a childcare facility. While the final scope of the Project will be determined as the committee established by the Board (the RFP/Q Committee) proceeds through the evaluation and selection process, it is anticipated that the Project will consist of the renovation and remodeling of elementary school classrooms and outdoor playscapes to ensure they are appropriately designed and equipped for the provision of childcare services. Related to the Design, Construction, Temporary Operation, and Transfer of Renovated Classrooms at the Greensburg Learning Center for Childcare (the "Project(S)") in the School Corporation Pursuant to the Applicable Provisions of the Indiana Code, Including, but Not Limited to, Indiana Code Section 5-23. The School Corporation Will Consider Various Factors in Evaluating the Offers, Including, Without Limitation: (a) the Method (Including the Schedule) for Determining the Final Scope and the Price for the Project; (B) the Experience and Record of the Respondent; (C) the Reputation of the Respondent and Its Identified Team Members; (D) the Experience or Understanding of the Respondent With Respect to Transactions Conducted Under the Bot Statute; (E) the Proposed Schedule for Completing Plans, Commencing and Completing Construction of the Project; (F) Experience of the Respondent With Respect to Projects Funded in Whole or in Part With Grants Awarded Under the Readi Program; (G) the Current Ability and Capacity of the Respondent to Undertake and Complete the Project on Schedule, Within Budget, and in Compliance With Plans, Permits, and Laws; and/or Any Other Factors That the Board Determines to Be Important in Carrying Out and Serving the Interests of the School Corporation and Its Residents From the Standpoint of Both Human and Economic Welfare. The School Corporation Reserves the Right to Modify or Cancel the Project(S) at Any Time Before a Developer Enters Into a Formal Agreement With the School Corporation, Including at Any Point During the Scoping Period. The School Corporation Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals/qualifications at Its Sole Discretion. The School Corporation May Enter Into Discussions With Any Individual Developer to Clarify and Assure a Full Understanding and Responsiveness to the Solicitation Requirements.
