Renovation of a library in Irvine, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 550-square-foot library.
Renovate (two) 2 restrooms on Level 2 of Langson Library, totaling +/- 550 SF into a combined Gender Inclusive ADA restroom. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to renovate the (two) 2 restrooms; including demolition, new partitions, finishes, washroom equipment and specialties, accessories, and associated HVAC and electrical works. Estimated contract time: 240 days Prequalification questionnaires will be available electronically at 4:00 PM on Thursday, December 12, 2024 from UCI Design & Construction Services. Contractors shall assume full responsibility for timely delivery of the Prequalification Questionnaires to the following email address: laditam@uci.edu UCI reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this notice, to waive non-material irregularities, and to deem Contractors prequalified for the project. To prequalify, Contractors must agree to comply with all conditions including state prevailing wages, 10% bid bond, 100% payment and performance bonds, and insurance requirements.
