Minimum three (3) years of experience performing similar services as those detailed in the SCOPE OF SERVICES (ATTACHMENT I) section of this RFP. Consultants who obtain DBE participation on this contract will assist Caltrans in meeting its federally mandated statewide overall DBE goal.
