Scope of Work: The selected vendor will be required to provide the following services Abatement of Invasive Species Removal of kudzu and other invasive plant species. Clearing of Vegetation and Debris: Removal of all brush, bramble, weeds, vines, small trees, fallen limbs, and any debris. Removal of Unsafe Trees: Removal of mature trees deemed weak, unstable, diseased, or unsafe. This includes trees that inhibit the growth of healthier trees. Right-of-Way Cleaning: Clear and clean the rights-of-way between the edge of the parcel and the street or sidewalk. Grading and Drainage: Grade the parcel to ensure proper drainage. Erosion Control: Install appropriate erosion control measures, such as grass seeding, straw, and silt fencing. Disposal of Debris: Chipped and shredded plant material may be left onsite if mixed into the topsoil, excluding kudzu, pinecones, or any plants capable of seeding during the process.
