Installation of galvanized steel exterior stairwell to the burn building at DFS Springfield campus. DCAMM Prime/General certificate of eligibility in General Building Construction category of work and filed sub mid trade of Metals, division 05. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Sub Bid Category Metals This project is open to Contractors holding DCAMM Prime/General Certificate of Eligibility in the General Building Construction Category of Work. The project consists of upgrades and improvements to the Burn Building Training Prop at the Department of Fire Services Springfield Campus, located at 100 Grochmal Avenue in Springfield, MA. The project consists of the following: Install a galvanized steel exterior stairwell addition to the south side of the building "ASide". Stairwell to have a platform with operable-securable gates (to the south side) and to connect to the Burn Building landing on Southwest corner. This project is open to Contractors holding DCAMM Prime/General Certificate of Eligibility in the General Building Construction Category of Work. Sub-Bidders submitting Questions, Requests for Information or Requests for Clarification must do so in writing, to Ashley Pinard at Ashley.Pinard@mass.gov no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
