The project consists of the following: Install a galvanized steel exterior stairwell addition to the south side of the building "ASide". Stairwell to have a platform with operable-securable gates (to the south side) and to connect to the Burn Building landing on Southwest corner. This project is open to Contractors holding DCAMM Prime/General Certificate of Eligibility in the General Building Construction Category of Work.
