Janitorial Services for the Tredyffrin and Paoli libraries Question Deadline 02/05/2025 at 11:00 AM ET Location : online portal. Questions about this Project as well as the bidding and Contract requirements shall be submitted through online. Each Bid must be submitted accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total amount Bid. The Bid Guarantee must be in the form of Cash, Corporate Bid Bond, Bank Check, Cashier's Check or Treasurer's Check, drawn to the order of Tredyffrin Township. The proceeds thereof will be retained by Tredyffrin Township as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to execute this Contract as set forth in the attached Proposal, General Conditions, Special Provisions, and Specifications. A bidder's personal check or non-certified corporate check is not an acceptable form of bid security. The surety firm must be licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A copy of the bid guarantee must be scanned and submitted electronically. Tredyffrin Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof and to determine whether the quality and type of equipment and/or service to be furnished meet the requirements for which it was intended. In the best interests of the Township, the Board of Supervisors further reserve the right to insist or waive any technicalities required and to consider competency and responsibility of the bidder before the award of the Contract, and award it accordingly.
