The Existing Building is (3) Stories and 5,000 Sf. The Existing Construction is Load-bearing Stone Masonry Walls With Wood Framed Partitions and Floors. The Building is Currently Vacant. The Project is for the Construction and Renovations to the Country Club Mansion at 2000 Brown Avenue in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, Pa. Responsible Contractor Requirements in Accordance With Ordinance #2007-08, as a Condition of Performing Work on a Public Works Contract, All Prime Contractors, and Including All Sub-contractors, Who Seek Award of a Contract, Shall Submit a Contractor Responsibility Certification Along With Your Bid Proposal.
