Precast Showerhouse & Restroom Procurement Bid Clarification. Bidder to submit pricing for each item and be advised that only one may be awarded. Description: Marshall County Conservation seeks to procure two precast, pre-manufactureed concrete modular buildings. The first building shall be a 4-stall, ADA-compliant showerhouse/restroom building similar or equal to the Huffcut Juniper Model at Grammer Grove Wildlife Area located 3 miles south of Liscomb, Iowa. The second structure is a 2-stall ADA-compliant restroom building similar or equal to the Huffcut Badger model to be located at Grimes Farm & Nature Center, 2349 233rd Street, Marshalltown, Iowa 50158. The project is for procurement and placement of the building but excludes installation of footings, foundation, and site utilities. The Marshall County Conservation Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Informalities or Technicalities in Any Bid, and to Enter Into Such Contract, or Contracts, as It Shall Deem to Be to in the Best Interest of the Marshall County Conservation.
