The Contractor may fully close Wisconsin Avenue from the west radius of N. 68 th Street to the western project limits. Local access must be provided for residents. b. No work can occur in the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and N. 68 th Street until June 16, 2025. c. No work can occur on N. 70 th Street south of Wisconsin Avenue as WeEnergies will be performing gas main relocations. 2) Phase 2 a. The Contractor may fully close the Wisconsin Avenue and N. 68 th Street intersection until August 29, 2025, as well as maintain full closure on Wisconsin Avenue to the western project limits. Local access must be provided for residents. b. No work can occur on N. 70 th Street south of Wisconsin Avenue. c. The Contractor must provide a 4-way stop condition at Wisconsin Avenue and N. 70 th Street and allow north/south traffic through the intersection while the N. 68 th Street intersection is fully closed. Under this proposal, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools and other services necessary for storm sewer construction, water main construction, sanitary sewer, asphalt repaving and reconstruction including grading, concrete curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk and handicap ramps, asphalt pavement, traffic signals, pavement markings, street lighting, and work incidental thereto.
