Completion Date: Aug. 29, 2025 Project shall include Cure-in-Place Pipe Lining for Sanitary Sewer on 2nd Avenue NE from just north of the CPKCRR to 2nd Street SE in Britt, Iowa, and all associated work and incidentals required to complete the project. Additional Description: Work on the improvement shall commence upon approval of the contract by the City Council and as stated in the Notice to Proceed. All work under the contract must be substantially completed on or before July 31, 2025 with a final completion date on or before August 29, 2025. Liquidated damages are as set forth in Section 00500 - Contract. The City of Britt City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or technicalities in any bid, and to enter into such contract, or contracts, as it shall deem to be to in the best interest of the City of Britt.
