The timeline for award has not yet been established.** Farm Hill Elementary School Photovoltaic Project 390 Ridge Road Middletown, CT 06457. All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing via email to Christopher Puorro, Purchasing Agent, at puorroc@mpsct.org by Wednesday, January 15, 2025 by 5:00 pm to be considered. A bid bond for five percent (5%) of the base bid cost is required and must accompany each proposal. The successful bidder must file a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond, a one hundred percent (100%) Labor & Materials Bond and a Certificate of Insurance with the Purchasing Agent within ten (10) days of notice of bid award. In accordance with Connecticut General Statute Sections 4a-100 and 4b-91, a responsible bid must contain two (2) documents: The Contractor Prequalification Certificate and the Update (Bid) Statement. The classification SOLAR ELECTRIC is required as a minimum. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. The Middletown Board of Education reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid and reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof. Bids, amendments to, or withdrawals of bids received after the time set for the receipt of bids will not be considered.
