The City of Middletown, Connecticut is seeking the professional services of a qualified and experienced consultant (henceforth 'the Consultant') to provide policymakers accurate information on the anticipated economic impacts of a rebuilt and expanded Russell Library and a Main Street City Hall in Middletown, along with information about the impacts of public libraries and city halls on downtown areas. The City of Middletown reserves the right to waive any defect in any qualification statement and reserves the right to reject any or all qualification statements or any part thereof. Qualification Statements, amendments to or withdrawals of qualification statements received after the time set for the receipt of proposals will not be considered.
