The project consists of Removal and Reinstallation of Metal Building System Components; including disconnect and reconnect of existing utilities and other works indicated in the Contract Documents. The project consists of the following major work: 1. Removal and Reinstallation of Roof and Wall Metal Panels 2. Removal and Reinstallation of Sprayed on Insulation 3. Removal and Reinstallation of Electrical Components 4. Removal and Reinstallation of Doors and Windows 5. Removal and Reinstallation of Metal Building System Components 6. Texas Department of Insurance Certificate of Compliance (WPI-8 or WPI-8-E) The City of Combes has selected Hinojosa Engineering, Inc., to prepare the construction documents for this project.
