The scope of services includes leading and managing all activities necessary in a highly collaborative environment to meet Project goals of creating a new secure detention facility for one or more counties. The intent of this Competitive Contracting Request for Proposals ("CCRFP") and resulting contract is to obtain professional planning and consulting services related to the creation of a southern New Jersey Regional Services Agency, as permitted by N.J.S.A. 40:48B-2.1. Specifically, the County seeks a firm to provide services as an owner's representative as more fully described in the Scope of Services section. Firms responding to this Competitive Contracting Request for Proposals should have extensive experience and a knowledgeable background and qualifications in the provision of the services described herein.
