City Owned Facilities Energy Efficiency Program License(s) Required: Class A - General Contractor, Class B General Builder, and/or Specialty Class Contractor's License appropriate for the class of work described herein. experienced and qualified Energy Service Companies (ESCO) for the development and implementation of the City Owned Facilities Energy Efficiency Program (FEEP) consistent with the provisions of CA Government Code sections 4217.10 - 4217.18 to provide sustained efficiencies and energy costsavings. The City plans to work with a single entity/firm in a phased approach throughout the entire project. Bond Requirements: Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for any construction work performed by the selected ESCO or subcontractor. Question Deadline 01/13/2025 at 4:00 PM PT RFP Questions must be submitted electronically via email to the contact person listed above by online. Addenda, if issued by the City, will be transmitted by email to all RFP recipients. Addenda must be acknowledged via email to the City contact person in addition to a printed and signed version submitted with the proposal response. If addenda are not signed and submitted with the proposal response, the submission may be deemed non-responsive and rejected. To receive Addenda, please register with the City contact person to receive communications about the RFP.
