The Town of Burrillville reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in the bids received, to award a bid in part or in whole, and to accept the bid that is considered to be in the best interest of the Town of Burrillville. The Town of Burrillville is seeking proposals encompassing a statement of qualifications from professional services firms ("consultant" or "proposer") located in our general geographic area to provide "on-call" and/or specialized consulting services to the Town for any or all of the professional support services required. The Town's engineering department is seeking firms to provide support services in civil engineering including services such as: roadway, drainage, water and sewer infrastructure, environmental (wetlands flagging and permitting), traffic, structural, project estimating, inspection, construction administration, writing bid documents and specifications, title examination; landscape architecture including services such as: roadway, streetscape design, park and recreation design; architectural design services, land survey services, and other related services as may be required from time to time by the Town or its agencies and subdivisions. We may also require technical support and/or coordination of submittals for various grants and loans. Services will include administrative and technical support for the planning, zoning and other Town regulatory functions. The selected consultant(s) should be responsive and available to meet the needs of the Town on a regular and consistent basis, serving as its representative as required. The consultant(s) should have the experience and depth of resources to address multiple projects at the same time and the ongoing and future issues facing the Town. These services will be contracted for a period of three (3) years. An additional two (2) years may be authorized at the sole discretion of the Town Manager. The contract period will commence upon award by the Town and execution of contract(s) between both parties. These contracts will stay in effect until the Town formally goes out for proposals and awards new contract(s).
