Reference Number 0000370845 The Parks and Open Space department has developed a sand replacement plan for the Koch Park sand volleyball courts located at 120 W. Cooper Street, Aspen CO 81611. The project entails excavation and disposal of sand, soil and / or subbase of three existing volleyball courts, installation of a court edge, landscape fabric and new volleyball specific sand. The project will include but is not limited to: Excavation of existing court material, court base preparation, edge system installation, landscape fabric installation and installation of volleyball sand.
