The Project includes all civil and electrical installations to procure and install, conduit, new primary cables, and terminate cable(s) in newly installed and existing electrical devices. The construction includes the placement of new conduits, vaults, cable, and switchgear within City of Aspen trail located on Easements and within City ROW. After installation of all infrastructure, a reconstruction of the trail and restoration of all disturbed areas has been incorporated into the design. The project requires coordination between City Departments and Private Landowners to minimize disruption to customer's utility service, City Electric, and others.
