Reference Number 0000359853 The intent of this Scope of Work is to describe the cleaning services required at Aspen Pitkin County Housing Authority (APCHA) owned properties. APCHA directly manages and maintains five apartment complexes for a total of 358 apartments in Aspen, Colorado, including long-term, winter seasonal, and senior priority apartments. This Scope of Work also includes cleaning of the management housing office, common areas, and laundry rooms. Apartment in-unit cleaning is performed only when a tenant moves out and is not a regular, daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning task. APCHA Property Managers will communicate the need and schedule a set time with cleaning company. Duration of contract is initially a 1-year period with the option to renewal of two 1-year extensions. Question Deadline 12/20/2024 at 11:59 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date fixed for opening bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept what is, in its judgment, the bid which is in the City's best interest. The City further reserves the right, in the best interests of the City, to accept a late submittal or to waive any technical defects or irregularities in any and all bids submitted. The City cannot accept faxed or emailed bids.
