The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT), seeks the services of qualified engineering firms to provide construction management (CM) support for Capital Improvement Projects Airfield Construction Management Services Statewide, Project No. AS1130-20. In accordance with Section 103D-304, HRS, the Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT), seeks the services of qualified engineering firms to provide construction management (CM) support for Capital Improvement Projects Airfield Construction Management Services Statewide, Project No. AS1130-20. These services are anticipated to be immediately required and will have a contract completion time of approximately One thousand eight hundred twenty-five (1,825) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The contract will be a Time & Materials contract in accordance with HAR 3-122-140, with an overall contract time of performance of FIVE (5) years. The contract value at the end of the 5-year term shall not exceed $10,000,000. The project scope includes providing construction management support for various capital improvement projects airfield construction projects located throughout the fifteen (15) airports across the State of Hawaii. The scope also involves providing technical assistance for the construction management and construction administration of these projects, including but not limited to, estimating, contract document reviews, construction administration services, construction inspection services, and designer oversight. Services will be requested on an "as needed" basis through written Delivery Orders. Experience and professional qualifications relevant to the project - 35% 2. Past performance on projects of similar scope for public agencies or private industry, including corrective actions and other responses to notices of deficiencies - 33% 3.
