This Invitation to Quote is for providing and installing Fencing at Sullivan East High School Baseball Field located at 4180 Weaver Pike, Bluff City, TN 37618. If you have question regarding this invitation to quote please contact Holly Gebhardt at holly.gebhardt@sullivancountytn.gov ** Project must be completed by February 14, 2025 (Please confirm this on your quote). The contract will be awarded for a period of one (1) year with a renewal option on an annual basis in one (1) year increments providing all terms, conditions and cost are acceptable to both parties. The County reserves the right to re-bid at the end of any contract period. The County may cancel any contract for cause, or non-appropriation of funds, following written notification of intent. Sullivan County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids
