Note that all questions, clarifications, or request for general information are to be in writing via email to the contact listed. A committee consisting of CITY OF DECATUR staff will rate the SOQs using an evaluation criterion developed for this project. The selection committee will present their recommendations to the City of Decatur who will select the consultant for this project. The selection process will conform to the provisions outlined in Arkansas Code Annotated 19-11-801. The City of Decatur reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any informalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
