East Las Palmas Avenue over San Joaquin River Bridge Maintenance Project Scope of Services Stanislaus County Department of Public Works is now accepting bids for the East Las Palmas Avenue over San Joaquin River Bridge Maintenance Project. Estimated Construction cost for this project is less than $1,352,100. The work to be accomplished includes encasing existing concrete piles with new steel shells. Estimated Bid Value $1,352,100 Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Bids Open notes prior to bid opening. Proposals will be publicly read after bid closing.
