Renovation of an educational facility in Summit, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
The work includes but is not limited to an addition of a new entrance vestibule and the interior remodeling of an office suite which includes related mechanical, plumbing and electrical work, as noted on the drawings and specifications. Deadline for questions submitted in writing: Jan. 9, 2025, 10:00 AM. All questions shall be directed in writing to Michael Cassil m.cassil@dla-ltd.com and cc Tracy Biederstadt at DLA Architects via email at t.biederstadt@dla-ltd.com. All Contractors submitting bids on the above project must submit to the Architect a completed AIA Document A305 Contractors Qualification Form and the Supplemental Contractor Qualification Statement, furnished by Contractor, A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE BID OPENING, to the Office of the Architect. Schedule: Work on Vestibule 167A addition to Commence: March 24, 2025 Work on Office 114 Remodeling to Commence: May 26, 2025 Substantial Completion of all work: August 1, 2025 Final Completion of all work: August 8, 2025
