** As of February 06, 2025, project was awarded to KECI Colorado, Inc., awarded amount is $ 191, 029 ** Reference Number 0000371326 Bridge Repair at the Wheat Ridge Rec Center - Evidence of settlement at the south edge of the bridge in the block wall. Scope of Work: Provide all labor, equipment and materials to repair the bridge on 39th Ave, west of Kipling, at the entry to the Wheat Ridge Recreation Center. There is evidence of settlement or movement at the south edge of the bridge in the block wall. Previous repairs were made by the City which consisted of flow fill and pavement repairs at areas where the roadway settlement was visible. Repairs were made for surface pavement purposes only as a structural assessment was not performed at that time.
