LBP/ACM report will be Exhibit 1 for the RFP Demolition: Demolition will consist of 7 brick veneer buildings with interior CMU support walls. All exterior concrete flatwork and loading dock structures will be included in the scope of work. The foundation walls do have ACM coatings, so they will need to be handled in the appropriate manner. Restoration: The Site should be cleaned, graded, and restored in preparation for future residential and commercial development.
