Reference Number 0000378916 The City of Wheat Ridge manages 7 miles of the regional Clear Creek Trail in addition to more than 20 parks, the City's opens spaces, recreation center and other public spaces. Seven segments of Wheat Ridge's portion of the Clear Creek Trail have been identified as being below the Jefferson County regional trail standard, and this project would design widening and concrete replacement of those segments. The goal is to contract with a qualified individual or firm to provide exceptional design services for the Wheat Ridge segments of the Clear Creek Trail identified in A-G of the "Project Design" section below. Coordination with CDOT throughout the project will be required for both CDOT ROW areas and to align with CDOT Standards and Specifications. Target date for completion of design work is end of 2025. The agreement will not be eligible for renewal.
