Scope of Work: 1. Water Meter Requirements 1. Supply and install two water flow magmeters, each designed to fit the pipes connected to the current irrigation pumps. The meters must accurately measure low to high water flow ranges (0-300 GPM range, low, include an on-site display for manual readings and fit within the pipe space available near each pump. 2. Power is available at each installation sites. 3. Meter must be an approved meter by the Colorado Division of Water Resources, local water commissioner and/or the local tributary Manager. 2. Telemetry Requirements 1. Meters must support remote data transmission through text, email, and a software platform. The software platform should allow real-time access and store historical data. Reporting schedules must be configurable to send readings at set intervals. This data has to meet the accounting and reporting requirements with the State Water Commissioner as well as local city and public water measuring partnerships. 3.
